Flowers are a product of nature; occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.blossomsflorals.com, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.

The free greeting card offer is only applicable with orders above PKR 1,000.

Orders are served on first come first serve basis. Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, The Flower Studio cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances like bad weather, political disruptions or any other unforeseen circumstances which are outside of The Flower Studio’s control.
Please note that orders placed after 6 pm cannot be guaranteed for same day delivery and will be delivered the next working day. If you need same day delivery after 6 pm, please speak to one of our friendly team members and we will be happy to assist.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. The delivery time slots are meant for our guidelines and we may deliver a little early or later depending on our schedule.

The customer takes full responsibility that the given recipient information is complete and correct. If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the order will not be refunded.

During extreme weather conditions we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time. If we do not succeed in delivering your order, the order will be delivered as soon as possible. Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If for any reason you are not happy with the service rendered or with the flowers delivered please contact us so we can solve it as soon as possible.
